Located in a quiet part of the village, facing the stunning peaks of the Serre Chevalier valley, Chalet Marmotte 1 is a semi-detached property offering 180 sq.m of space — the perfect setting for a memorable family holiday in the mountains. With its game room and inviting living areas, it provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere for relaxing moments together.

Spread over three levels, the chalet comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.

On the main floor, you'll find a practical entrance fitted out as a ski room, with a boot warmer, coat storage, and dedicated space to dry and organize all your ski equipment. The living area includes a cozy lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, a welcoming dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen. This level also provides access to an outdoor dining area and a garden, ideal for enjoying sunny days. A master suite is also located on this floor, with a bedroom featuring a TV, a private shower room, and separate toilets.

Upstairs, there is a children's room with three single beds, a double bedroom with TV, and another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A separate bathroom with bathtub completes the sleeping area.

The lower level includes a laundry room, a game room with table football, darts, and a TV, and a relaxation area with a whirlpool bath for two — a perfect retreat for both kids and adults after a day in the mountains.

The access path, shared with the adjoining chalet on the property can accommodate up to two vehicles, right in front of the chalet.

The Serre Chevalier valley is nestled in the heart of the Southern Alps. It features approximately 250 kilometers of ski slopes, spread across several areas and offering a wide variety of trails for all levels of skiers, including off-piste zones. Benefiting from exceptional sunshine, the valley offers pleasant and bright ski days. Le Monêtier-les-Bains has a traditional charm; its village thrives year-round in a convivial, picturesque mountain atmosphere with wooden chalets. Beyond winter sports, the resort offers various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and Les Grands Bains du Monêtier to end an active day in peace and calm.
