Marius is a charming new mountain chalet, located in the residential area of Les Grassonnets, between Chamonix and the iconic village of Argentière.
The chalet offers a surface area of 170sqm spread over two levels. It features a traditional alpine architecture and a contemporary and warm atmosphere. Its location ensures calm in a natural environment and an exceptional view of the Mont Blanc.
The living space offers a modern kitchen, a dining room and a lounge. The wood stove will warm the room and your winter evenings. In extension, a large south facing terrace welcomes you to enjoy a superb view of the Mont-Blanc.
Its 5 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. 4 of them have a private bathroom or shower room.
After a day in the open air, you will appreciate a moment of well-being in the private sauna of the chalet. A private outdoor parking space and a heated ski room with boot dryer complete the services.
Nestled at the foot of the Argentière glacier and the mythical Aiguille Verte, Argentière is a resort for mountaineers in summer and skiers in winter. From the village of Argentière, the Grands Montets ski area is the largest resort in the valley, only 8 km from Chamonix.
