Chalet Lavenchère, located in the heart of the village of Courchevel Le Praz, is an attractive family chalet. In the centre of the resort of Le Praz and only 300 metres from the lifts at Le Praz (1850) and Forêt (La Tania), it is at the crossroads of shops and restaurants.

A large semi-detached chalet, it blends into the setting of a little-used, mainly pedestrianised street. Large bay windows open onto the covered wooden terrace. The garage has been converted into a ski room, giving you plenty of space to equip yourself and return from skiing in comfort. The sauna area in the basement will allow you to relax after a day on the slopes.

With family or friends, you will be seduced by the Lavenchère chalet. This large family chalet in the centre of Courchevel Le Praz is a haven of sharing and conviviality not far from the slopes and the shuttles leading to the different levels of the Courchevel resort. Its level of equipment and service will contribute to the success of your holiday.
