In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Very steep, narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant 850 m, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 900 m, railway station "Sion" 18 km, thermal baths "Bain Hérémence" 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 900 m, children's playground 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées - Tracouet 900 m, Siviez 4 Vallées 8.3 km.
