Chalet Hotel L'Ecrin is situated on the outskirts of Val Claret village and only a ten minute walk (or one minute bus ride) to the 5 main lifts at Val Claret.
The chalet hotel is built from timber in the traditional Savoie style and oozes tradition and charm inside and out. The interiors are cosy and comfortable with local wood panelling and a large lounge at the heart of the chalet with inviting sofas around an open fireplace.
The restaurant is a perfect setting for skiers to re-group after a day on the slopes with small and large group tables available creating a lively, fun atmosphere.
After a hard day on the slopes, guests can visit the beautiful spa, with four therapy rooms and a range of treatments on offer from massages to manicures with our Viva therapists. The impressive swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room enable weary skiers to relax and re-energise in a beautiful surrounding.
Created for proficient blue and red run skiers, our specialist guided skiing week in Tignes on 11 March 2018 allows you the opportunity to ski with an expert instructor. Your instructor will guide you round the mountain, while offering casual tips and informal instruction. All this is at no extra cost, places are limited; pre-booking is essential.

Chalet Hotel L'Ecrin is a popular hotel for families with the ski slopes 100m away. Childcare at the hotel is available for children from 1 to 12 years and must be pre-booked.
The hotel crèche is colourful, fun and fully equipped with all the latest toys and books, cots, potties, bottle sterilisers and fridge.
