Overview: chalet description: Chalet Hermine description

Chalet Hermine (sleeps 12) 1850m. Seldom will you find a more beautiful chalet in the most superb location possible in any resort, let alone in a first-class resort such as Courchevel 1850. Chalet Hermine has it all...

Set just 20m from the Cospillot, an inviting and easy green piste leading to the village centre and lifts, it sits handsomely in what has become well known as "Millionaire's Row", a unique and secluded private road much sought after by all who visit this world renowned resort.

Inside, the chalet just oozes charm and sophistication and by combing traditional style with superb design, it really does provide the most wonderful warm, inviting and comfortable feel possible. The super drawing room has a roaring central fireplace which can be enjoyed by everyone and which provides the most fantastic setting in which to enjoy champagne and canapes after a hard skiing day, or perhaps even after a strenuous shopping day making the most of all the chic shops and boutiques Courchevel 1850 has to offer.

And perhaps the most wonderful thing about Chalet Hermine..? How about the beautiful south-facing balconies or perhaps the unbeatable jacuzzi and sauna that can be found on the Wellness Floor - surely something that simply cannot be passed up in what is no doubt the new flagship property of the programme.

Chalet Hermine is run by two of our hand-selected superior chalet hosts who live out.

We offer our properties on a flexible catering basis therefore providing our guests with as much choice as possible when choosing a fully-catered, part-catered or self-catered chalet or apartment. Your preferences will be discussed at the time of booking and a tailor-made itinerary will be costed based on your requirements.

Our chalet hosts all enjoy cooking and take pride in what they serve and whilst they are not necessarily qualified chefs, they have good experience of dinner party cooking and many of them will have attended one of the well-regarded cookery schools with whom we work closely to ensure the highest calibre of staff possible.

If choosing the fully catered or part catered option, you will be assured of good home-cooked food prepared and served by our specially selected chalet hosts. We do not offer luxury items or haute cuisine, we serve good wholesome hearty food fit for anyone after a hard day on the slopes. Menus will be varied and may include local dishes as well as the more traditional UK favourites such as roasts, lasagne or casseroles.

Our menus have been formed over many years taking into account previous guests’ likes and recommendations and whilst we believe this plan to offer excellent variety, there will be the odd occasion when a dish might not be well-received. We would ask you therefore that if you have any specific dietary requirements or a yearning for dishes in particular, you enquire before booking your holiday and provide us with as much notice as possible regarding specific diets such as vegetarian, vegan, celiac or non-dairy etc.

We update Chalet Hermine's details often, but facilities do change. e.g. some extras listed by the supplier as "free" or included might only be for the first time you use them, or for one time per party, then charged for further use. If any specific feature is essential to your holiday, make sure you ask us to confirm the details of it before you book your holiday.

Après ski in 1850 is the height of sophistication. Enjoy a cosy fireside cocktail in La Mangeoire piano bar or La Suite Bar & Louge; sample fine wine and champagne in Le P'tit Drink or go clubbing in Les Caves de Courchevel. Down in 1650, you can fully appreciate the stunning surroundings at The Signal bar. Les Schuss is good for a quiet drink in a traditional Savoyarde setting and if you're looking for live music and a vibrant atmosphere, try Rocky's and Bubble Bar.
