Upstairs -1 are the night spaces, including a spacious master bedroom with dressing room and terrace, a family bedroom with bunk bed for two toddlers, many storage spaces and terrace and another double bedroom afterwards.

On floor 0 is the living space, including a large open-plan living room with a contemporary central fireplace, a dining area and a lounge with television and library. The first floor is completely open, surrounded by large bay windows that bathe the space in the sun throughout the day. A last double bedroom with a separate bathroom is located on this floor.
