The lower level has 2 bedrooms en suite and a games room with table football and playstation. Enjoy a jacuzzi on the terrace and look out over the beautiful landscape of the Vallée des Belleville and the village of Saint-Martin.

On the upper level, the living room covers the entire space and offers a living room with fireplace and a kitchen open to the dining room. The whole opens onto a terrace equipped for sunny lunches.
