“CHAM180” is a chalet located approximately 4.6km from Chamonix town center and 1.8km from the de la Flégère ski area.

Wood and chic Alpine furnishings lend a unique character to the charm of this chalet.

The large picture windows in the living room let you take full advantage of the magnificent view of Mont-Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. You'll appreciate the large living room with its high ceilings, mezzanine and fireplace, making this space a place of conviviality. The generously-equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, is the perfect place for sharing.

Sleeping up to 10, this chalet has 3 en suite bedrooms and a family room on the mezzanine with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. A laundry room and ski room complete the layout.

There's also a private garden with a jaccuzzi facing Mont Blanc.
Two indoor parking spaces in the garage, and a private outdoor parking space complete this chalet.
