Situated in a peaceful setting, this new chalet combines elegance, comfort and modernity, offering an ideal space for holidays with family or friends. Located in the Mas Metoud district, Chalet Beaufaire enjoys a dominant position overlooking the village of Morzine, the Pléney slopes and the Pointe de Nyon.

Spread over 4 levels, the chalet has a spacious entrance hall with storage, a ski room and a laundry room on the ground floor.

On the first level, you'll find a bright living room with large windows offering stunning views of the mountains and village. The soft sofas and wood-burning fireplace create a cosy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The dining room, which opens onto the living room, can seat up to 12 people and invites you to enjoy a convivial meal. Next door, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals while staying connected with others. An 85 sq.m terrace lets you enjoy the scenery and fresh mountain air.

The second level of the chalet offers four en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower. Each room is a haven of peace, carefully decorated to combine comfort with mountain style. You'll find queen-size or single beds, practical storage space and soothing mountain views. Privacy and comfort are at the heart of this floor, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.

On the third level, you'll find the last double bedroom en suite. A separate WC and a relaxation or play area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying family activities. A multi-purpose space where young and old can get together.

Just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Morzine , Chalet Beaufaire is the ideal base from which to enjoy the village, its shops and numerous restaurants. It also offers quick and easy access to the Portes du Soleil ski area and its 650km of pistes between France and Switzerland. The start of the Super-Morzine cable car is just 700m from the chalet. In summer, you can get away from it all on the mountain trails and enjoy the many outdoor activities on offer in the resort.
