In the Alpamayor residence, the Maia chalet is a new creation in Courchevel Village. A perfect combination of elegance and tradition, built with noble and natural materials that blend in perfectly with the environment. Its exceptional location, just a few steps from the center and the slopes, will allow you to enjoy the services of the resort easily and to explore the 3 Valleys area and its 620 km of slopes. You will be able to ski in and out in front of the residence.

The Maia chalet, with a surface area of 150sqm, offers 4 ensuite bedrooms to welcome 6 adults and 2 children in an optimal comfort. You will appreciate its optimized living spaces and its modern decoration which encourages conviviality. Facing the valley, it is an invitation to disconnect. The living room opens on a magnificent panorama giving on the surrounding massifs. You will have the possibility to relax in the sauna after a day of climbing in the open air.

The Maia will delight lovers of alpine sports as well as relaxation. At 100m, the cable car "Les Grangettes" allows you to reach Courchevel 1850 in less than 5 minutes.
