Built in 2022 in the charming village of Saint Martin de Belleville, Chalet Acolou is an outstanding property that combines a location that's almost ski-in ski-out, generous space and panoramic mountain views.

This chalet will be a haven for large families or groups of friends, thanks to its 300 sqm of floor space, which can host up to 15 people. A vast living space features an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge around a central fireplace with glass walls, allowing the fire to be seen from all sides. The cathedral ceiling and wide windows let in the light and the landscape. A balcony surrounds this space, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view and the sunset over the mountains, as the chalet faces west.

Chalet Acolou has a Suite with dressing room, terrace and en suite bathroom, 4 en suite double bedrooms, and 1 dormitory for 5 children. Sauna and outdoor jacuzzi for relaxing moments after skiing. Garage and ski room provide the ultimate in comfort for your stay.

Ideally located on the Saint Martin de Belleville snow front, Acolou offers ski in/ski out access to the 3 Valleys. It's also an ideal base from which to experience the Alpine art of living, as the village of Saint Martin has retained all its charm and authenticity.
