Perched high in Le Chinaillon – one of Le Grand Bornand’s two villages – this residence is a great pick for easy slope access, fab spa facilities and high-quality apartments. You’re just a minute’s walk from the village centre, with the Floria chairlift, ski school meeting point and nursery slopes all around six minutes away on foot. There’s also a supermarket right by the lower entrance, so day-to-day essentials are close by. After a day on the mountain, you can switch pace with a swim in the heated indoor pool, or head to the spa area with its sauna, steam room and hot tub.

The look leans into that classic Savoyard style, with wood-and-stone exteriors blending neatly into the surroundings. Inside, apartments feel warm and welcoming, with lots of natural wood, soft red and cream tones, and traditional alpine touches like carved heart details and beamed ceilings. They’re spacious too, with well-equipped kitchenettes, comfy living areas and a balcony for making the most of those mountain views.

Stays here are based around self-catering, so things stay flexible. The nearby supermarket makes it easy to stock up, plus kitchenettes are set up for homecooked meals. And if you’d rather ease into the morning, you can pre-order fresh bakery goods from reception for breakfast, then save eating out for evenings in the village.

All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, tea or coffee-making facilities, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, as well as a flatscreen TV, free WiFi and hairdryer. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included.

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €400 in cash or by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
