In the district of Zellberg 4 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, 12 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. For shared use: meadow. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 4 km long motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, railway station "Zell" 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertalarena, Hochzillertal, Fügen / Hochfügen. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives in the same residence.
