This is the perfect choice for a group of family or friends seeking a ski in ski out chalet in Val d'Isere. This stone-and-timber chalet is found on the edge of the Santons piste so you really can click in and out of your bindings just a few steps up from the ski room door. This package holiday to Bellevarde Lodge Muscat in Val d'Isere, France departs Sunday 29th November 2020, for a 7 night stay on a "catered chalet" board basis. A local tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour or Kurtaxe) is levied by many councils in European ski resorts. It varies by standard and type of accommodation and is age dependent, so not everyone is charged. It's not included in the basic price of your holiday and is usually paid locally. For reference, the average charged in winter 15/16 was between 50p and £2 per person, per night.

In France's Rhone Alp region, Val d'Isere (pronounce it: val de saire/sare/ser) is widely thought of as one of the most brilliant and beautiful ski areas in the world. In keeping with the giddyingly gorgeous surroundings, the resort itself is one of France's prettiest - a huddle alpine hamlets formed from cosy wood and stone chalets. With the original village dating back to the 13th century and a Christmas-card-worthy church steeple at its centre, there’s alpine charm by the bucket load. While dreamily tr...
Skiers in Val d'Isere are schussing in the tracks of some of the world's greatest skiers. Olympic medallists Marielle and Christine Goitschel learned to ski here, not to mention triple gold winner Jean-Claude Killy, after whom the wider ski area is named. As an indication of this place's premier status - the resort has hosted championships including the 1992 Olympics, the World Alpine Ski Championships in 2009 and World Cup events every December. If some of the best skiers in history have learned here, begi...
Famed for its après ski, there's no chance of a dull evening in Val. Living up to its name, you'll experience ‘sweet madness' at the original Le Folie Douce, which brings you some of the best après ski in Europe - including dancers, musicians, raining champagne and much more... Once that closes, Dicks T Bar's a local legend, staying open into the early hours each night. Bananas is another firm favourite, much loved for its crafty cocktails and slope-side location. In Val d'Isere's 90-something restaurants, ...

"Amazing chalet hosts and great location"

Becky Hindley

Georgie and Faye did a fantastic job of catering for all our needs, and it’s fair to say we gave them a long list of dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble! The food was amazing… The chalet is in a great location with ski in ski out, providing the snow is good enough. If you need a lift the drivers are on hand to drive you to the slopes, restaurant etc. And if you’re lucky enough they’ll even carry your skis. A great week with excellent hosts… If only we could stay a little longer.

"Great week, special thanks to Katie and Scott"

Our chalet hosts Katie and Scott were both excellent. Nothing was too much trouble – including some awkward dietary requests (!) They were both very helpful and friendly it would be a pleasure to holiday with them again. The food was very good – especially the chocolate mousse cake and the salmon. Lots of local tips including restaurants and ski schools were handy too. The chalet was lovely, very spacious and clean. The hot tub with a beer on the balcony was a treat after a long day of skiing (and quickly became a daily essential!) The ski-in ski-out of Muscat is a luxury that we enjoyed but if you don’t fancy the last run down the cheery drivers team will be there ease weary legs by taking you and your skis back to the chalet. Excellent service. Skiing conditions were amazing, sun & snow and plenty of runs for all abilities.

"Thank you"
