Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars). Carport. Shop 500 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 850 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 100 m.
