We've thrown the kitchen sink at the facilities here , a theatre of entertainment worthy of the location: a full size pool complex with sauna, steam room, hot tub and massage suite, a gym with cardio and micro-court, piste-side Bear Cubs for the littl'uns, a private cinema for bigg'uns and littl'uns, a sociable bar for a mix and mingle and a reception desk to organise anything you please (within reason !).
Our service is a little enhanced too . One or two changes to blend our traditional chalet service with the advantages of an all-singing all-dancing hotel. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea in the bar and dinner in the restaurant with a choice of dishes for every course, housekeeping every day, and a concierge service at your beck and call. Don't worry, you still get woken with a cup of tea at your door and as you would expect, there is a lovely choice of complimentary wines with your meal.
Complimentary ski guiding as well. What's more, we have partnered with the ESF in Les Arcs to provide ski guiding on the first two mornings of your holiday when staying at the hotel. Sociable skiing and boarding with like-minded guests of similar ability, pre-booking is advised as places are limited.
And our own in-house ski hire service . Pre-booked equipment is fitted in our own ski shop and technicians are on hand to ensure complete satisfaction. At the end of your stay just leave your equipment in the locker. Don't forget to pre-book, here are the guide prices.
Bear Lodge continues to impress, earning praise from top travel writers and industry experts. The Independent.ie hailed it as “a ski paradise” with “big-screen glamour,” celebrating its private cinema and spa. PlanetSKI described it as “a true testament to what makes an award-winning hotel,” while Country & Town House called it “an unmatched luxury chalet experience in the heart of Les Arcs.” Discover what the press is saying about Bear Lodge and other chalets in our press coverage blog.
Our Executive Chef is passionate about food and hugely sensitive to the appetite of a hungry skier whilst considering a balanced diet. The new and refined menus are heavy enough to reward mountain exertion yet light and simple enough to leave you grinning not groaning.
