In the peaceful La Daille district, Les Balcons de Bellevarde offers a chilled-out alpine retreat with all the convenience of resort life. Its location is a real sweet spot: far enough from the hustle and bustle of Val d’Isère’s centre to feel calm, but close enough for easy access. Thanks to its elevated, sunny position, you’ll wake up to crisp mountain air and sweeping panoramic views that make every morning feel a little more special.

When you’re ready to hit the slopes, it couldn’t be simpler. A short, two-minute stroll takes you to the Funival funicular, whisking you up to the heart of the Espace Killy ski area. After a day of carving and cruising, you can ski back down to La Daille – or pop across to the arcade for any last-minute gear, snacks or après essentials.

Inside, pops of colour gives the apartments a freshness, while still being rooted in cosy alpine charm. Expect warm wood tones, open-plan living and fully equipped kitchenettes. And of course, the balconies are a highlight – perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning sun or winding down with a glass of wine as the valley lights up. With ski lockers, basic Wi-Fi and even an optional bread delivery service, the place is as practical as it is peaceful.

Self Catering

All apartments have a kitchenette with four hobs, combi microwave grill, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher, plus a TV and free basic WiFi. Towels, linen, soap and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included. Beds are made up on arrival.

When you arrive, you’ll need to provide a credit card to be scanned. A €1 payment will be taken to secure this card, so that any additional costs (such as damage or cleaning charges) may be deducted at the end of your stay. If you can only pay by cash, you’ll need to pay a cash deposit of approx. €200 for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment with mountain view (approx. 32m ²) - sleeps 1-4: Twin beds, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony with mountain view. These apartments are south-facing.

A change of bed linen is available at a supplement on request.

Baby kits are available at an extra cost per week, payable locally, including a travel cot with fitted sheet, highchair, changing mat and pushchair.

The lift is activated by key fob.
