Although it has all the features of a prestigious chalet, Village de l'Orée 405 is nonetheless an apartment. Located in the residence of the same name, this duplex apartment occupies the top two floors. Its panoramic view of the Méribel slopes and its generous volumes make it a rare and desirable property.

The Village de l'Orée 405 is an exceptional 360m² apartment that can accommodate a family or a group of up to 14 people. It offers 5 en-suite double bedrooms, as well as a family room with two single beds and a sofa bed for two people. To ensure the comfort of guests, the living space is particularly generous. Double height ceilings, glass walls right up to the roof enhance the feeling of space. The deep sofas, the central metal fireplace and the wooden wall cladding create a chic mountain setting. The highlight of the show is the long terrace, where the various rest areas invite you to contemplate the landscape.

For your after-ski relaxation, the apartment's wellness area will attend to all recovery needs. Immerse yourself in the bubbles of the indoor hot tub, featuring exceptional views of the snowy scenes outside, or unwind in the sauna. Compete against your fellow group members on the pool table, found on the mezzanine floor overlooking the living room. In addition, your stay at the Village de l'Orée 405 includes daily cleaning of the flat and a breakfast service.
