In the Chenus area, in Courchevel 1850, this bright triplex apartment benefits from an exceptional location. Less than 50 metres from the Dou du Midi piste and 300 metres from the centre of the resort.

With a surface area of 111sqm, the Triolet apartment can accommodate 8 people in 4 double bedrooms ensuite. Renovated in 2019, it breaks away from the traditional codes of the Alpine style and lets contemporary materials, lines and design objects express themselves. Thus oak replaces the usual fir in the interior fittings. Natural light, invited by the numerous windows, floods the living room.

The apartment is spread over 3 floors. It offers 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms on the first level. The entrance, a double bedroom and an independent shower room occupy the second level. The third level houses a double bedroom and the living area.

Outside the chalet, you will find a heated ski room with boot warmers and storage.

Only 50 metres from the Dou du Midi piste, the apartment Le Triolet is ideally located for skiing. The resort of Courchevel, one of the most attractive for ski and mountain lovers, is just a few minutes away. A free shuttle bus takes you to the centre of the resort in just a few minutes and to all amenities.
