Charming duplex for chic destination

Located in the Rochebrune area, the Stallion residence is one of the last real estate jewels built in Megève. It enjoys a quiet location near the centre of the resort.

The duplex Stallion D22, with its beautiful surface area of 228sqm, can accommodate 14 people in the greatest comfort. On the top floor of the residence, the apartment delivers a dreamy view of the Rochebrune hill and the Mont-Blanc in the background. The living area occupies the top level. It has an open plan layout with a modern style kitchen, dining area, lounge and TV room. A double-sided fireplace, dressed in stone, spreads a gentle warmth. The whole opens onto a terrace equipped for lunches in the sun. The lower level is dedicated to the sleeping area with 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory room with 6 bunk beds.

A true cocoon of well-being, the apartment features a private Jacuzzi and sauna. It also provides access to the residence's wellness area. This area includes an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a hammam and a sauna (open during the summer and winter seasons + weekends).

Megeve, a symbol of mountain "art de vivre", is an iconic destination in the French Alps. With family or friends, for a short or long stay, you will fall under the charm of this village and its long history. A village that you will enjoy visiting in all seasons. Because many sporting and cultural events take place throughout the year.
