This new apartment is part of a new residence with a wellness area, less than 10 minutes by car from the town centre and not far from the Rochebrune ski lift.

With a surface area of 83sqm, it comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 children in its 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private shower room and an independent bathroom.

Cosy and warm, this apartment offers a large living room lit by large windows overlooking a private garden. It also includes a kitchen opening onto a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. A large sheltered terrace equipped with an outdoor table and sun loungers welcomes you to enjoy sunny lunches.
