In the Belvedere district of Courchevel Moriond, the Roc Merlet 503 apartment offers you a ski vacation in a modern setting, inspired by the Scandinavian style. Less than 500m from the Ariondaz cable car, it opens the doors to the largest ski area in the world: the 3 Valleys.

Roc Merlet 503 is a comfortable penthouse, which can sleep 10 people. It has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a family room for 6 people with an en suite shower room. The design is in the Scandinavian style, using light colors and wood. A generous flow of light fills the living room thanks to a fully glazed front gable. The living room is extended by a terrace with a panoramic view of the ski area and the snow-covered peaks in the background.

A ski locker with boot heater and a parking place complete the equipment.

Roc Merlet 503 is an ideal base for accessing the resort's activities, stores, restaurants, as well as Courchevel's new aqualudic center - Aquamotion - just a few minutes from the residence. It is also within easy reach of the Courchevel slopes and the largest ski area in the world, the 3 Valleys.
