With a surface area of 45 m², Apartment Quartz 001 is situated on the ground floor of a brand-new residence and enjoys magnificent south-facing exposure. Designed to comfortably accommodate two adults and three children, it combines alpine charm, comfort, modern design, and functionality.

The living area, bathed in natural light through a large picture window, stands out for its serene and elegant ambiance. The refined furnishings include a sleek grey sofa adorned with silky cushions, and a tone-on-tone rug that adds an extra touch of comfort. Natural wood finishes lend the space a warm yet sophisticated character. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and strikingly modern with its matte black finishes, includes a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, and a full set of tableware. The living area opens directly onto a stunning 38 m² wooden terrace, facing south—perfect for soaking up the generous Alpe d'Huez sunshine.

On the night side, the master bedroom is decorated in natural wood tones and features a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, and built-in storage. It opens onto the terrace and offers a soft, light-filled awakening. The second bedroom, designed for children, includes a bunk bed accommodating up to two young guests—ideal for siblings.

The independent bathroom is modern and minimalist, equipped with a bathtub that invites you to unwind after a day on the slopes.

A ski room located on the 4th floor of the residence completes the apartment's features. It includes private ski lockers with boot warmers and allows for direct ski-in/ski-out access to and from the residence—ensuring optimal convenience.
