106m² flat for 6 people located on the 1st floor of "Le Phoenix" residence. The flat has a large south-facing terrace (35m²) with a view over Lac de Tignes, Tovière and Grande Motte massifs. The flat is a mere from the main Lac snowfront.

This freshly renovated property has plenty of space. You'll love its functional and friendly environment.
The fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room are all interconnected and adjoin the terrace. The night space comprises a master suite and two double bedrooms.

Tignes le Lac is the main town of Tignes, at an altitude of 2,100 metres. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a wellness area, the "Le Lagon" swimming pool and the Maison de Tignes, dedicated to tourist services. All at the foot of the slopes of the exceptional Espace Killy ski area covering 300km of pistes.
