Phoenix 401, with a surface area of 96sqm, offers 2 double bedrooms, an ensuite children's bedroom with bathroom and a mountain cabin to welcome up to 4 adults and 5 children. The living area features a lounge and a modern kitchen opening onto a dining room. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and leads to a south-facing terrace. Ideal for pleasant lunches and sunbathing.

You'll appreciate the optimized living spaces and modern decor that make for a convivial atmosphere. After a day out in the fresh air, you can relax in the residence's wellness area, which features a sauna, hammam and massage room.
