In the new Phoenix residence, apartment Phoenix 401 is located on the 4th floor, right in the center of Courchevel Village. The Grangettes ski lift takes you to Courchevel 1850, opening onto the 3 Valleys ski area.

Phoenix 401, with a surface area of 96sqm, offers 2 double bedrooms, an ensuite children's bedroom with bathroom and a mountain cabin to welcome up to 4 adults and 5 children. The living area features a lounge and a modern kitchen opening onto a dining room. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and leads to a south-facing terrace. Ideal for pleasant lunches and sunbathing.

You'll appreciate the optimized living spaces and modern decor that make for a convivial atmosphere. After a day out in the fresh air, you can relax in the residence's wellness area, which features a sauna, hammam and massage room.

Finally, the Phoenix apartment includes a ski locker and 2 parking spaces in the residence's underground garage.
