This charming 95 sq.m duplex apatment is ideally south-west-facing, bathed in natural light and boasting magnificent open views of the mountains. On the ground floor, a large, bright and welcoming living room opens onto a balcony, where you can enjoy the panoramic views. The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your meals in a convivial atmosphere. A separate toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area has four comfortable bedrooms: a double with balcony access, a second double, a twin and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. There is a separate toilet and two bathrooms: one with a shower and WC, and the other with a bath and washing machine.

The location is also a major advantage: just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Morzine and the Super Morzine ski lifts, giving direct access to the Avoriaz slopes. A free shuttle bus stop is nearby, offering convenient access to the resort's various points of interest.

This spacious, functional flat is ideally located for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and proximity to the slopes.
