This apartement enjoys an exceptional location in a quiet, recently-built residence. You'll be close to the ski slopes, as well as the centre of Morzine village and its many shops.

Comfortable and spacious, it comprises a living room with sitting area and terrace overlooking the Pleney. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room. It's the ideal place to spend time with friends or family. Two bedrooms and a bathroom can accommodate a total of four people.

There is private covered parking and a ski room with boot warmers.
