Apartment Le Stan Summary

This triplex apartment is located in the centre of Courchevel 1850 and a stone's throw from the slopes. Ideal for those who wish to combine skiing with the warmth of a cosy and friendly refuge.

Spread over three floors, served by a lift, Le Stan apartment is very chalet-like. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people thanks to its 4 double bedrooms, divided between the first and second floors. The living area is located on the top floor, under the magnificent roof frame. It includes a dining room with open plan kitchen, a TV room with wood burner and two balconies with views of the resort. Recently renovated, Le Stan has a contemporary feel, while retaining the local materials - wood, wool - that create a warm atmosphere.

In the heart of Courchevel, Le Stan is the ideal starting point to access all the activities of the resort, its shops, restaurants and places of relaxation. It is also within easy reach of the Croisette snow front. It will give to experienced skiers the opportunity to explore the 3 Valleys, the limitless ski area that links the valleys of Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorens.
