This ski apartment could be a crush. Ideally located in the centre of the village, just a stone's throw from the nearest mountain lift, it provides quick and easy access to the slopes, and the bustle of the town centre.

With a surface area of 82 sq.m, the apartment La Chalende features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom ensuite with 2 single/1 double beds, and a second bathroom with toilet. In the daytime, the contemporary renovation of this property has redefined the spaces, while preserving the light and fluidity. A perfectly equipped kitchen and its dining area are separated from the living room by a partly open screen. Two comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed, face the windows and a balcony. Everywhere, the floor is unified by concrete and the panelling is bleached.

Less than 200m from the nearest slope, this mountain apartment is also the promise of great days skiing in the Portes du Soleil area. An outstanding area shared by twelve Swiss and French resorts, with 650km of pistes. Morzine is also known for the many outdoor activities it offers in both winter and summer, which will delight adults and children alike.
