The Eychauda apartment, located in the Les Chalets residence in the heart of Monêtier-les-Bains village, is perfect for a family or group vacation, accommodating up to 8 people. This newly built residence offers a prime location, just steps from the village center and ski slopes, easily accessible by shuttle.

This 100 m², single-level apartment features 4 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. A third bathroom with a WC serves the other two bedrooms. The bright and spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a contemporary living room. A wood stove adds a cozy touch, while large patio doors provide direct access to a south-facing terrace.

You will also enjoy a ski room to store your equipment and two parking spaces in tandem in the underground garage, with an elevator providing direct access from the garage to the apartment's landing.

The Serre Chevalier valley, located in the heart of the Southern Alps, is a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with 250 kilometers of ski slopes. The village of Monêtier-les-Bains, with its traditional and welcoming atmosphere, offers a wide range of activities year-round: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, as well as the Grands Bains du Monêtier to relax after an active day.
