Situated near the heart of the Eucherts district and the pedestrian link to La Rosière, it places you just a few hundred meters from all amenities. Access to the ski slopes is made easy thanks to the free SkiBus shuttle, which stops at 200 m of the building.

This spacious apartment will charm you with its generous volumes and beautiful exposed wooden beams. Facing due south, it is bathed in sunlight throughout the day. It features 6 en-suite bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living area. The terrace and balconies allow you to take full advantage of the exceptional views for which La Rosière is renowned.

La Rosière is perched on a natural balcony, facing the Vanoise massif and Mont-Pourri. Its 154 km of ski slopes stretch across the French-Italian border, shared with the Italian resort of La Thuile. The Espace San Bernardo ski area is famous not only for its varied terrain but also for its breathtaking 360° panoramas, including views of the Ruitor Glacier and the Italian side of Mont Blanc. In summer, the area transforms into a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, and golf—blending alpine adventure with a delightful touch of Italian charm.
