Superb duplex apartment, on the 2nd floor without elevator of a new and quiet residence located in the center of Chamonix, in the Lyret area.
A stop for the free shuttle bus is only 100 meters away and will make easier the access to the slopes (about 1 km away).

The apartment is 77sq.m and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It has two beautiful bedrooms and a mountain corner with bunk beds. You will find a beautiful and large main room with an equipped kitchen open on the dining area and the living room.

The apartment reveals a warm atmosphere with the presence of wood for the traditional side, and a contemporary style with refined decoration.

You will have access to a balcony with a view of the Brevent.
