Located in the heart of the Vieil Alpe, the new residence Les Fermes de l'Alpe combines alpine elegance, premium amenities, and architecture inspired by traditional Dauphiné barns, built from wood and stone. Its exclusive location, just steps from restaurants, the tourist office, and the ski lifts (Alpe Express, Télécentre), provides immediate access to the ski area while ensuring a peaceful and authentic setting.

With a surface area of 53 m², apartment FDA D201 comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, with a west-facing orientation.

The open-plan living area combines the lounge, dining space, and kitchen into a bright and convivial space. The lounge, decorated in light tones, features a gray sofa, a large white rug, a brown leather armchair, and a large TV. It opens directly onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air and soothing views.

The dining area can seat up to 6 guests around a large raw-wood table with velvet chairs.

The modern, fully equipped open kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, and much more, making meal preparation effortless.

The sleeping area features an elegant master bedroom decorated in gray tones with touches of red, as well as a wooden mountain corner with bunk beds for two children.

An independent bathroom with a walk-in shower, single sink, washing machine, and dryer completes the apartment.
