Its exclusive location—steps from restaurants, the tourist office, and ski lifts such as the Alpe Express and Télécentre—offers immediate access to the ski area while ensuring a calm, authentic setting.

In this premium residence, apartment D105 offers 68 m² of contemporary alpine style and accommodates 4 adults and 2 children in a refined, comfortable atmosphere.

The bright living area features large picture windows, a grey sofa, rug, armchair, and flat-screen TV. The dining area seats 8 around a table with velvet orange chairs and designer lighting. The open natural-wood kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster). The space opens onto a furnished terrace ideal for sunny meals.

The sleeping area includes two light-wood double bedrooms with integrated headboards, silky cushions, and faux-fur throws, plus a mountain corner with a solid-wood bunk bed for 2 children. Two modern shower rooms with ceramic basins, walk-in showers, towel warmers, and hairdryers complete the layout. Private ski locker and secure indoor garage (G14).
