Nestled in the heart of Alpe d'Huez, the new Expression residence embodies contemporary Alpine elegance. Comprising five chalets, it forms a refined hamlet that respects the traditional mountain spirit. Located in the Éclose district, it offers direct access to the Rond-Point des Pistes via the Alpe Express, as well as proximity to all amenities, the Palais des Sports, and the Avenue des Jeux.

Located on the second floor and on the front line of the residence, the Expression B21 apartment (71 sq.m, 3-bedroom) accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Its split-level layout provides both comfort and privacy. Noble materials, custom-made Italian and Alpine-style furniture, and contemporary décor create a warm and authentic atmosphere. Ultra high-speed fiber and Wifi connection, along with premium equipment, ensure modernity and convenience.

The bright, south-facing living area combines a lounge and an open kitchen. An Italian leather sofa, Scandinavian armchairs, thick rug, custom-made ceramic dining and coffee tables form a welcoming space, completed by a QLED TV, SONOS sound system, and a furnished balcony. The custom German kitchen with a granite worktop combines design and performance, featuring Siemens Studio Line appliances and professional-quality tableware. All three bedrooms are equipped with high-end bedding, ample storage, and custom Alpine-style desks, blending elegance and comfort. The master bedroom features a Queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a QLED TV. The second adult bedroom offers a King-size bed, a SONOS system, and another QLED TV. The children's bedroom includes a custom solid wood bunk bed, a Teufel audio system, and a bespoke double wooden desk. A separate bathroom and toilet complete the sleeping area.

A double ski locker with boot and glove dryers, a large private garage, and optional hotel-style services (linen, cleaning) enhance the overall experience.

Alpe d'Huez ranks among the most renowned ski resorts. Founded in 1936, the “Island in the Sun” attracts ski enthusiasts with its legendary 250 km ski area, reaching an altitude of 3,300 meters and offering breathtaking views, including Europe's longest black run, the Sarenne. The resort is equally appealing in summer, with a wide range of activities and unique events: a vast network of 300 km of marked mountain bike trails, a 9-hole golf course, tennis and paddle tennis courts, clay pigeon shooting, and the famous 21 bends of the mythical Alpe d'Huez climb. With a transfer time of around 2 hours, Alpe d'Huez is very accessible from Grenoble or Chambery airport. Established in 1936, it was the first resort in France to be installed with a fully operational ski lift. The resort lies in the Grandes Rousses Massif domain.
