Charming 84 sqm south-facing duplex apartment, located in the quiet Les Pècles district, 750 metres from the centre of Chamonix. Bus stops and the train station are close to the apartment.

The apatment can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 3 beautiful bedrooms and consists on the first level of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen area and a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with its own shower room, complete this floor.
The second level has a bedroom and an enclosed mezzanine.

There is also private underground parking and a ski room for your convenience.
