Apartment Etania 402 Summary

This magnificent new duplex, located on the top floor, is a real charming cocoon for the whole family. Comfortably seated on the cosy sofas around the fireplace or on the balcony, you will admire the unobstructed view of the valley.

Etania 402 has three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms and one with a bathroom. In addition, there is a dormitory room equipped with four beds. A fourth separate bathroom completes the set.

In a gentle atmosphere, dressed in light wood and natural colours, the living room opens onto a family-style kitchen, a dining area and a warm living room facing a beautiful stone fireplace. The whole has been designed to offer continuity with the mountain landscape, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows, giving access to a generous terrace.

Located in the Morel / Altitude 1600 district, you are only 200 meters from the Morel chairlift and 300 meters from the "Doron" slope. At the foot of the residence, you will find a mini-market, restaurants, sports shops and the station's free shuttle bus stop.

A ski locker and two covered parking spaces are available in the basement.
