This charming apartment is located on the top floor of the Les Chavonnes residence, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the resort and all local amenities.

Full of character, the apartment will captivate you with its breathtaking views of the mountains and its wooden beams. Facing directly south, it enjoys sunlight throughout the day. It comprises two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living and dining area. The large balcony allows you to take full advantage of the exceptional view that makes La Rosière famous.

La Rosière is situated on a balcony, overlooking the Vanoise and Mont-Pourri. Its 154km of pistes stretch across both France and Italy, with the ski area shared with La Thuile on the Italian side. The Espace San Bernardo is renowned for its diverse skiing options, as well as its 360° panoramas of the Ruitor and the Italian side of Mont Blanc. The resort is equally enjoyable in summer, when hiking, mountain biking, and golf take the place of skiing, with an added touch of Italian charm!
