Apartment Cafetan Summary

The Cafetan apartment, renovated in 2021, is located at Les Chartreux, Tignes, at 2100 meters altitude, between lake and mountains. On the 1st floor of a small property with 6 apartments, in a very quiet area of Val Claret, close to all facilities. An environment that guarantees a change of scenery and relaxation.

With a surface area of 49sqm, this property can accommodate 5 people. Bathed in natural light, the living room features a lounge, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen. A large, southwest-facing balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains, the Grande Motte massif and the Palet area. The sleeping area features a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed 3 sleeps (a single bed and a double bed). The shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate toilet completes the apartment.

The Cafetan apartment also includes an electric boot dryer in the apartment.

Its location is ideal for lovers of skiing and golf, and especially of peace and quiet, at the foot of the shuttle bus stop and just a few steps from the Lac or Val Claret.
