Apartment Bollin 35 is located on the 5th floor with elevator of the Le Bollin residence, close to the Val Claret ski slopes and lifts. Its ideal location offers ski-in/ski-out access (depending on conditions), close proximity to kindergartens and 2 steps from shops.

This charming 45sqm apartment welcomes up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Light and airy, it features a welcoming living space with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and lounge. Its south-facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the Grande Motte massif.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (140 cm/190cm) .

At the heart of the ski area, Tignes Val Claret is the highest hamlet, at 2127 m altitude, and one of the resort's 2 centers, along with Tignes le Lac. Well served by both lifts and shuttles, Val Claret is the liveliest district, with ski-in/ski-out dance floors, shops and a wide range of restaurants, from traditional to offbeat.
