The Belle Place 1 apartment is part of a high-end development in the Domaine des Glaciers. At the entrance to Courchevel Moriond, the apartment has its own entrance from the Les Glacier's village square, just 250m from the resort centre and 450m from the snow front.

This 100sqm apartment is spread over 2 levels in a plush, intimate setting, with exceptional views over the valley and of the Courchevel peaks. It sleeps up to 7 people in total in 2 luxurious double bedrooms, as well as in a bedroom with a bunk bed sleeping 3 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, large 50 inch TV and comfortable bedding.

The living area includes a lounge with a 70 inch TV, a dining room that can seat up to 10, and a high-end kitchen by Poliform. On crisp winter evenings, unwind on the comfortable sofas and warm up by the gas fireplace, and enjoy the views of the mountains.

Nestled in a natural peak setting, the apartment is flooded with natural light thanks to its many windows and the access to extensive outdoor spaces on each floor. A large 8-meter-long terrace outside the kitchen and lounge is equipped with a table and deckchairs, while on the ground floor the garden is accessible from one of the bedrooms. Facing west, it's the perfect place to enjoy the panorama and to sunbathe in the afternoon.

After a great day of sports, you'll enjoy an ultimate moment of relaxation in the Finnish sauna for 4 people.

The property also includes two ski lockers, one at the property and one on the snow front, parking space and its own laundry room with separate washer and dryer.

The textured and luxurious interior perfectly combines aesthetics and functionality. Top-of-the-range equipment and services are completed by tailor-made service. A true cocoon for an exceptional stay in the mountains.

Courchevel Moriond is known as the sunniest village in the Courchevel valley. It offers a dynamic family environment, where bars, restaurants and shops line the main street. The snow front is home to the Piou Piou club, ski lessons and restaurants in a festive atmosphere.

In addition the Aquamotion aquatic center - with pools, spas and watersides - is only a short walk from the apartment.
