The new "Chalets du Cheval Noir" complex is located in the Villette district, less than 500 metres from the chairlift and the resort centre. Enjoy a quiet, intimate location and admire the unobstructed view of the peaks of the Belleville valley from your balcony.

This bright duplex apartment sleeps up to 10 people and has a floor area of 126m². The first level houses the open-plan living area, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge enjoy the gentle warmth of a fireplace. On this level there is also 1 en suite bedroom for 4 children with bunk beds and a separate toilet. An adjoining balcony offers uninterrupted views over the Belleville valley and its hamlets clinging to the slopes.

The upper level has 3 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. B2 also features a sauna for relaxing after long days outdoors.

Tones of wood and grey, softly shaped furnishings and plenty of light thanks to the large glazed areas, create an elegant and welcoming living environment.

The village centre of Saint Martin de Belleville, with its shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes' walk away. The village ski lift is less than 500 metres away. A free shuttle bus, with a stop next to the residence, will take you to the Saint Martin cable car, which connects you to the 3 Vallées ski area in just a few minutes.
