The apartment "Aspen Lodge B31" is a 140 sq.m penthouse with 40 sq.m of terrace. It occupies the top floor of the residence "Aspen Lodge". This apartment is in the center of Courchevel Moriond (1650) and is located 150 meters from the ski lifts.

With its quadruple exposure, the mountains are presented from different angles. Its large windows will make you wake up early to admire the red light of the rising sun reflected on the immense mountains of the 3 Valleys.

With a living room that is 5 meters high in places, it is a real "house on the roof". Its decoration combining light wood and furs revives the mountain spirit in which you bathe since your arrival in this beautiful apartment. Bright, its light tones highlight its beautiful volumes.

Welcoming, it is both contemporary and warm. It benefits from a very well arranged surface.
