At the gateway to the family resort of Les Saisies, this 95 sq.m duplex apartment in the peaceful neighbourhood of Nantailly offers an enchanting setting combining contemporary elegance and mountain warmth. Its breathtaking views of the Beaufortain and Mont Blanc, exceptional light and generous proportions make it a rare gem, ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends.

Nestled within the new L'Altarena residence, this duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, it comprises a double bedroom with two single beds, a children's cabin with bunk beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a master suite with en-suite shower room and access to a large terrace. Upstairs, a spacious living area bathed in light thanks to a cathedral ceiling opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area, a cosy TV lounge and a second master bedroom. A south-facing balcony extends this space, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

Perfectly equipped for your comfort, the apartment has two parking spaces in the basement (one of which is in a closed garage), as well as a ski locker ideally located at the foot of the free shuttle bus that serves the entire resort centre of Les Saisies, just 2 km away. A real family cocoon, tastefully decorated in a sober and refined style.

The resort of Les Saisies, part of the vast Les Arcs ski area, is renowned for its excellent snow conditions and its wide range of activities.

The existence of the Les Saisies is all thanks to an Austrian ski instructor called Erwin Eckl in 1935. The scenery reminded him of the Tyrolean landscape back home (in fact, the area is often referred to as “French Tyrol”), and he began to dream up his perfect ski resort. The 77km of local slopes link up with the Espace Dimant ski area via the Trolliers and Plan Corbet blue and green runs. Covering 192km, the Espace Dimant connect Saisies and Hauteluce with Praz sur Arly, Flumet, Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Crest-Voland/Cohennoz.
