Location: where is Apartment 2

Large residence. 500 m from the centre of Cervinia, in a quiet, sunny position, area with little traffic, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (27 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop, restaurant 300 m. Golf course 700 m, cable car, ski lift 300 m. Please note: lift to 1st floor. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

2-room apartment 40 m2 on 2nd floor, renovated in 2014, simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sofabeds. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room, without window with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave) with dining table and dining nook. Shower/bidet/WC. Balcony 15 m2. Partial view of the mountains. Please note: apartment with carpet.
