NEW:Ötztal Premium Card included in summer. Modern, comfortable apartment block "Alpin". In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 300 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: reception, sauna, in winter, use of sauna is included (1 times per week), infrared sauna, relaxation room, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Towel change weekly. Bread roll service. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 30 km, thermal baths "Aqua Dome" 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 40 km, walking paths from the house 20 m, gondola lift 1.3 km, slopes 50 m, ski rental 1.3 km, ski school 1.3 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. TRAVEL AND SAVE: free shuttle to the ski rental, 10% discount on ski rental and special discount for all bike items in Sport Brugger. Lockable motorcycle garage, guided motorcycle tours (for a fee). There are separate washing areas for mountain bikes. Charging station for e-bikes. Single room supplement EUR 15 per day. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. 2 balconies. Marvellous panoramic view of the ski run and the resort. Facilities: telephone, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. All beds are box spring beds and can optionally be configured as double or single beds. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Solden is a popular ski destination sitting at 1377m in the beautiful Ötztal valley. Innsbruck airport is only an hour away and Ötztal train station only 40 minutes away (which provides bus services to take you to the resort). With a river running through the village and traditional Tyrolean style buildings, Solden is a fairly compact town with most hotels, restaurants and clubs on the main street overlooked by the striking parish church. A decent variety of ski schools make this a great place to both learn and improve. Innerwald (near the bottom of Gaislachkogl gondola) has some excellent nursery runs where learners can get to grips with the basics without contending with faster skiers. Apres begins in the bars at the bottom of the Giggijoch mountain such as Cuckoo's, Marco's and Schirm Bar at around 4 pm and then continue into the night in the bars and clubs on the main street.
