Seefeld: Cosy apartment block "Alpenland". 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 350 m, restaurant 30 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km. Golf course 1.5 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 30 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Downhill skiing is mostly split between lifts up the Rosshütte and the Gschwandtkopf which are accessible by car or ski buses, but if there’s one thing everyone can appreciate on or off the piste it will be the gorgeous views across the frosty woodland range.
