Comfortable apartment block "Iris A", 4 storeys, built in 2008. In the resort, in a central, sunny, elevated position, located by a road. In the complex: sauna, fitness room, steam room, hot tub, lift, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking. Shop 400 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Leukerbad, Obere Maressen" 250 m, thermal baths 400 m. Skisport facilities 600 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 1 km. A fitness and relaxation chalet is available to all residents among Iris houses. Relaxation area with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, hot tub. The Leukerbad Card Plus is included in the reservation. The Leukerbad Card Plus includes the following services: free use of Ringjet local bus, free access to the ski area for children Erli, free use of the sports center (badminton, tennis, squash, billiards, table tennis, skating, football, indoor football, mini-golf, boulder, etc.), 15 % discount on the purchase of pass and snow bath. 10% discount on subscriptions and the multiple entry tickets to public baths.
